Covenant Grove is the home of Bob and Debbie Smith and their kids, Jacob, Aaron, and Kaitlyn.  Bob is the farm “handy-man”.  After work and on week-ends he can be found on site repairing fences, taking care of chores, etc.  Occasionally you'll catch Bob and Jackson (his carriage horse) enjoying a carriage ride around the farm.   Bob’s “real job” is owner of Smith & Associates, a landscape architecture and land planning firm offering services in the United States and abroad.  Debbie is “wife and mother extraordinaire”.  When she's not busy running the household, she's out at the barn helping out.  Jacob has recently graduated from Athens Tech and Aaron is a sophomore at the University of Georgia.  Kaitlyn, a home schooled senior, is an avid rider and is often seen on the farm and in the show ring. 

Just before Thanksgiving, we can all found in the pecan tree grove harvesting pecans; the old-fashioned way.  Our backs may be bit sore from so much bending-over, but it sure is worth it.  Covenant Grove pecans are some of the best around, and can be found in select markets around the area.  In the spring and summer, everyone at the farm is invited to enjoy an abundance of   blueberries and pears.
